| is flowing less than 2400 cc/min unless I'm confused, too small of a diameter rail would manifest itself as too large of a pressure drop across it. If you run a pressure guage after the rail on the dyno you should see for sure if that's the problem. BDE rails are 1/2in ID, I'm not sure what 300deg are, but either should be plenty for a 1krwhp build. the problem with 300deg would be sourcing large enough side feed injectors. SZ told me the other day that they were considering a side feed 1kcc/min setup for the blue beast.
